Newest donors get us more than 20% towards our goal!

I've been a bit remiss in failing to recognise our first few donors, but first let's take a refreshment break to recall why we need donors for this:

  • The Oxfam Trailwalker is a charity event designed to maximise fundraising for Oxfam Australia

  • Oxfam provides essential aid to developing nations free from religious or political agenda

  • Our team, the Glutes for Punishment, needs to raise at least $1,000 by 27 August 2006 to be allowed to compete in the Oxfam Sydney Trailwalker 2006

  • So your donation not only allows Bride, Felicity, Roger and I to achieve our personal physical and mental fitness goals, it also brings much needed assistance to poor and oppressed people in developing nations all around the world.

So where are we at today? We're at 24% of our $1,000 goal already! Which is exciting, amazing, and entirely due to the following generous friends of the team:

  • Zoe King

  • Laurel Kohut

  • Nick McNaughton

Have you made a donation to help get the Glutes For Punishment to the starting line for our 100km walk in 48 hours or less? If not, did you know you can do it online right now using only your web browser and your credit card details?
