Maybe you couldn't commit to doing Trailwalker this year because you don't have the time, or because you worry about not being fit enough?
No worries, why not get a small taste of the fun of Trailwalker by joining us on one of our training walks?
You'll get to meet Bride, Flick, Rog and me, get some healthy and non-risky exercise, you'll get to see some of the lovely natural bush you've been driving past all these years, and you'll have a bit of fun.
Training walks usually go for a minimum of five hours, sometimes up to 12, not including transport time.
Upcoming training walk dates and routes:
Sun 11/6 - Blue Gum Forest Walk (Blue Mountains)
Sun 16/7 - Stages 3 to 5, Thornleigh to Berowra, 31kms
Sun 23/7 - Stages 6 to 9, Berowra to Frenchs Forest, 45kms
Sat 5/8 - Brooklyn to Hornsby, including Crosslands to Hornsby at night
...as well as many shorter mid-week training walks/jogs for each individual member of the Glutes.
